Hand painting process allows us to customize colors to match your vehicle, to add a custom name, to customize a text. Each tire cover is a truly unique piece; no two can ever be identical.
Painting process
Each tire cover is unique and individually made.
Normally it takes 10-14 days to hand paint
and assemble a new tire cover.
Process starts from preparing
vinyl for painting, as any
artist prepare canvas for painting.
Only for vinyl we have to use
special chemicals in order for paint
to bond with vinyl. Latest software
used for cutting outlines for new design.
Some designs required 2-3 different outlines.
Paining process done in several stages, each
coat of paint has to be dry before a new coat
can be applied. We use the best Auto color paint
for our product.
Only after last coat of paint is completely dry, we apply
clear coat with UV protection. This clear coat preserves airbrushed
design from any weather condition.
To assemble our product we use a fishing line, you can be sure that will not brake
or rip.
